Title: Not the Best Hotel for Your Stay The staff was friendly and respectful during our stay, and the restaurant had a few decent food options to choose from on the menu. Despite the loud construction activity around the hotel, it was conveniently located near a few shops and a park. Despite the lack of lift access in our original booking, we were relieved to find that the lifts were in working order at this hotel.
Our stay at this hotel was not the most pleasant experience. The location of the hotel was not great, and the constant construction activity around the hotel was frustrating and noisy. The view from our room was completely obstructed by barred windows, which made the room feel dark and uninviting. Also, we were disappointed to find that the hotel was not well-maintained, especially with the cleaning, which made the lake front look unkempt and unappealing.

This place is the best guest house we have ever stayed at because it is really close to Gulshan tank park pond and also offers convenient onsite parking, making it a great option for a weekend stay in the city.

The hotel's location was not desirable due to loud construction activity and cleaning of the nearby lake front. The windows were closed and barred to keep insects and mosquitos out, preventing any view. However, the staff were extremely courteous and the restaurant manager prepared food tailored to our liking. The rooms were comfortable and clean with adequate facilities.
The lack of lift access made it difficult to navigate with heavy luggage.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable rooms, which were equipped with everything we needed. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. we appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, who were always available to assist us.
The lack of natural light in the rooms, as all the windows were closed off to protect against insects. We also found the noise level from the nearby construction to be disruptive at times.
